A: The Belgian Beer World Experience is located at Boulevard Anspach 80, 1000 Brussels, on the first floor of the historic Bourse (former stock exchange) building.

How to get to the Belgian Beer World Experience?

A: You have different options : By train, Brussels Central Station (Bruxelles-Central). By metro (metro station: De Brouckere), tram (tram station : Bourse), or bus STIB (bus stations : De Brouckere, Manneken-Pis, Bourse, Beurs) You can also reach us by car. Different parking lots are available around (Interparking for covered parking slots).

Can I buy my ticket on site?

A: Yes, depending on the number of tickets available.

How can I reschedule my ticket?

Can I get a refund?

Is a tasting planned on site?

A: Your Belgian Beer World Experience ticket includes a tasting of 2 small beers during the tour and a 33cl drink on our rooftop (non-alcoholic options are also available). Cheers!

A: You can leave your handbag and other at our ticketing office in a secured space if you want.

Can I go to Bruxella 1238 with a Belgian Beer World Experience ticket?

A: Yes, the visit of Bruxella 1238 is included in the Belgian Beer World Experience ticket. However, you cannot go to the Belgian Beer World Experience with only a Bruxella 1238 ticket.

What are the opening hours of the Belgian Beer World Experience?

A: The Belgian Beer World Experience is open 7 days a week. From 10:30am to 7:30pm (last entry at 6:30pm) on Monday to Thursday and Sunday, and from 10:30am to 8:30pm (last entry at 7:30pm) on Friday and Saturday.

Is the Beerlab open independently from the Belgian Beer World Experience?

A: The Beerlab Rooftop is open to the public (without a Belgian Beer World Experience ticket) from 4:00 PM. Enjoy panoramic views of Brussels while discovering a selection of 150 Belgian beers.

Does the Bourse have a restaurant or a café?

A: Yes, the Bourse features both a café and a restaurant on the first floor. The café is open 7 days a week from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM, while the restaurant welcomes guests from Tuesday to Saturday, serving lunch from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and dinner from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
